   Where "Four Leaf Clover" is anonymous radio fare, "Strangest Places" leaves a mark - it's unique. Only Abra Moore and her unusual voice could deliver it. There's a hint of the whiny edge of Alanis there, perhaps. And the ability to soar for highs like Heather Nova, maybe.
